Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 03/08/2025 

Welcome to Fur Seasons Mobile Dog Grooming! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

2. Grooming Appointments & Scheduling- Clients must book appointments in advance and confirm their availability.

- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

- Due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, appointment times may vary.

 

3. Pricing & Payments- Grooming prices are based on breed, coat condition, and pet temperament.

- Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or Zelle.

- Late payments are not allowed. Payment is due at the time of rendered services.

 

4. Pet Health & Behavior- All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies.

- Fur Seasons Mobile Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse service for aggressive or unmanageable pets.

- If a pet has a pre-existing health condition, grooming is performed at the owner's risk.

 

5. Matting & Shaving Policy-  Matted pets may require shaving for their health and safety.

- Shaving may cause skin irritation, ear hematomas or reveal pre-existing skin conditions.

-Potential knicks or scrapes may incur, and the groomer will not be held responsible if given a dog in such condition.

- Additional dematting fees may apply.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer- Fur Seasons Mobile Dog Grooming is not responsible for injuries caused by a pet’s behavior.

- Clients release us from liability for stress, health issues, or pre-existing conditions that worsen due to grooming.

- We will always act in the pet’s best interest and provide a safe grooming environment.

 

7. Refunds & Service Guarantee- No refunds will be given once a grooming service has been completed.

- If a client is dissatisfied, they must notify us within 24 hours for a potential correction.

- Corrections are at the discretion of Fur Seasons Mobile Dog Grooming.

 

8. Photo & Social Media Use - We may take photos of pets for social media and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your pet’s photo used, please inform us before the appointment.

 

9. Privacy Policy Reference Client information is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data security.

 

10. Changes to Terms Fur Seasons Mobile Dog Grooming may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms
